After serving as the interim director of Quality Risk Management at CMC, we are pleased to announce Hollie has accepted the new role of Associate Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO). Hollie brings extensive expertise to CMC. She started her career as a unit clerk during nursing school, was a L&D nurse for 15 years and has worked in quality risk management since 2014. Progressive leadership experience started as charge nurse, then clinical coordinator, then Director (in QRM).
Hollie has a BSN from Auburn and an MSN from Sacred Heart University. She is also certified in Inpatient Obstetrics, Electronic Fetal Monitoring, and has a CPPS which is Certified Professional in Patient Safety.
In her new role, she will continue to lead Quality Risk Management, the Medical Staff Office and she will be the interim executive leader for surgical services while Jim Gillhouse is on a temporary LPH assignment.
She is a self proclaimed book nerd, enjoys watching college (Auburn) football and does her best to be on the sidelines for as many of her kids’ sporting events as possible.
